Co-Parenting Counseling

Co-parenting counseling is intended to help parents feel heard, process their concerns, and put aside their anger, frustration, and hurt for the wellbeing of their children. Co-parenting counseling helps reduce conflict, improve communication skills, and identify effective parenting strategies. While the process aims to improve the emotional and social lives of children, adults who participate in co-parenting counseling tend to experience their own relief and a sense of being able to move forward in their lives.
